Starting method and matters needing attention of gear oil pump
(1) The no-load start of the gear oil pump is to check whether there is collision and friction between the rotating parts and the fixed parts, whether the bearing temperature is normal, whether the swing and vibration are qualified, whether the various instruments are normal, and whether the oil pipelines, joints, valves, etc. Leakage, determine the starting characteristics of the motor and other relevant parameters.
(2) Unit shutdown test. The unit runs for 30 minutes and can be shut down after all tests are completed. During shutdown, record the time from shutdown to complete stop of the unit.
(3) Automatic startup and shutdown test of the unit. The automatic start-up and automatic shutdown test of the unit can be carried out after the automatic control, protection and other debugging of the unit are qualified before starting up. Details determine success at work. The gear oil pump should not be careless in its work. It should be installed, debugged and started according to the product manual provided by Beihong Pump Industry.
