2 Maintenance precautions
2.1 Before overhauling the equipment, clean the equipment and pipelines, close the inlet and outlet valves or add blind plates to isolate them from the system. After passing the inspection, go through the inspection and handover procedures.
2.2 Cut off the power supply before the equipment is overhauled. After review, hang the sign of "Prohibition" at the power supply before overhauling.
2.3 Maintenance tools, dismantling, cleaning, and replacement parts should be placed in the specified place, and should be placed neatly and constructed in a civilized manner.
3 Precautions for commissioning
3.1 The commissioning work of the gear pump shall be assigned a special person and shall be carried out under the unified command.
3.2 Special personnel are responsible for the operation of opening and parking, and the operator should hold the "work permit" for the position.
3.3 Set up obvious test signs, prohibit unrelated personnel from entering the test site.
3.4 Before the test run, check whether the rotation direction of the drive motor is correct. After the rotation direction is correct, connect the coupling and install the protective cover before the test run.
3.5 Drive strictly in accordance with the starting procedure of the pump.
3.6 During the test run, pay attention to whether the gear pump is running normally. If abnormal vibration and noise are found, and the current exceeds the rated value, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and treatment, and the test run should be carried out after elimination.
